License Plate Red Tag For NJ Young Drivers

American Law System has always been reach for bills piculiar for the rest of the world. That time New Jersey have initiated a new bill, which place a certain restrictions on drivers under 21. From now those young drivers should illuminate themselves by mounting a red reflective decal on their license plates. Such law was developed after the accident, where 6-year-old was killed in a car accident. The law has got his name and now it is known as Kyleigh’s Law.

With such decall, police will be able to track and pull over young drivers for violating their restrictions like driving between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. or transporting too many passengers. It is the first law of its kind in all states and is considered to be discriminative for young drivers. However the local government consider driving as a privilege granted by state than a right.

The label will be available since 12 of April at motor vehicle agencies and the cost for such car accessories will be around $4. The fee for violationg this will be 100$. The tags can be removed in case the older drivers drive the car or switched to another vehicle if necessary.
