Ford Mustang GT Will Have Brembo Brakes

Judging by the statements made by Ford public relations team, the new 2011 Mustang GT sales are not bad. Especially because, those vehicles can now be equipped with optional brake kit by Brembo, which makes Ford really good. As the company claims, this car is “exceeding our expectations.” Mustang GT comes with a brand new 5-liter V8 engine with 412 horsepower on board. And now it can be equipped with Brembo brakes, like both of its competitors Chevrolet Camaro SS and the Dodge Challenger SRT8 have as a standard brakes.

Customers in this segment want to receive good handling and incredible power from the car. Challenger, of course, can boast with the power, but Mustang is the best on the market for both indicators. In 2014 Camaro will be fully updated, but until then Mustang is still the first racehorse. Until and unless we see an updated Camaro, will have to be content with Z28. This car is based on the Zeta platform and competes with the Ford Shelby GT500. It is expected that Camaro will get 6.2-liter LSA V8 turbo.

Other companies which produce rear-wheel drive sports cars do not lag behind those giants. Nissan offers 370Z, and Hyundai launches Genesis Coupe. Both of these vehicles can provide everything you need for quite a decent price.
