What would you do so remarkable on the road if you had 90 seconds only? I mean serious show off may take some time, but not for the real car enthusiasts. While winning drivers used to perform the burnouts at the end of NASCAR races, the burnouts have gained popularity and became a serious form of both competition and entertainment. Apart from a show value, the burnouts have a practical purpose as well. Every time the drag racer hits the loud pedal, he gets the quickest way to raise the tire temperature right before the race. This way the tires heat up and thus get much stickier.

As for car guys, they know that the more smoke comes from the tires, the better burnout is. Well, a black tread left on the ground also shows how great it was. Warning! Burnout is a no-no thing when it comes to law, since most countries prohibit this type of fun and punish those who break the law by confiscating the vehicle for 3 months or more.
