Is it possible for Bentley Continental GT to have a leather body? You will be surprised but it is a reality! During the nine months ORHA design studio was performinп an experimental work on processing, stamping and fixation of skin on the body of the car. The studio has completed the work on the “Bentley Suitcase Croco” project on the eve of 2010. The audience was presented a car with a body sewn from the skins of the African buffalo. The designers have performed various kinds of jobs like forming the skins in the size of car accessories and parts, embossed crocodile texture by hand, fixing on polyurethane adhesive formulations, multi-layer design paint job and application of protective coatings. Lots of work have been done and the car looks unique and exclusive. Maybe not everyone will like it but that project is definitely worth of attention.
