The automotive world is full of peculiar and interesting news. Besides the new cars from the official manufacturers, we frequently meet the models by custom teams or even personals, who built, rebuild and upgrade various vehicles. The projects are really different. Each car is made to accomplish their personal tasks and their structure depends on that.
Poland presented its new custom project, based on Fiat 500. It is built for Fiat Rally Team Camp, so it is clear that the main goal of such car it to drive fast and keep the track firmly. That special Fiat 500 features with all-wheel drive, large wheels and powerful engine. Almost all parts are taken from German models: springs by Eibach, suspension and driveline accessories are from Porsche Cayenne, 17×7 wheels are taken from Volkswagen Touareg. The car is powered with VW’s 1.9 TDI engine, which generates 250 hp of power.
After all parts were gathered at one place, the engineers started to figure out, how to make them work. The project was risky, but the final result proved that all efforts weren’t useless.
