The American car manufacturer “Chrysler” has introduced the official images of the popular SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011. Developed in association with Mercedes and built on the modernized platform of the Mercedes-Benz ML, 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee should be released into serial production in the next month.

The new Grand Cherokee will have two engine variants, including the petrol V6 with a working volume of 3.6 liters and 290 hps of power, supplied with five-speed automatic transmission. Also a V8 5.7 liter 360 hps engine would be available.

The cost of the car for the U.S. ranges from $ 32.9 thousands to $ 42.9 thousands, depending on the configuration. The SUV’s fuel consumption is just over 10 liters per 100 km. Basic 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Accessories already include four airbags. The car can be equipped with an air suspension, rear view camera, bi-xenon headlights, leather interior, electrical, ventilation, seating and a multimedia system with GPS-navigator for the extra charge.
